About me:
My name is Michael and with 3 years' experience of helping membership organisations make best possible use of their CRM systems to ensure high levels of member satisfaction, engagement and retention, I am now lookina to work with membership organisations on a part-time consultant/contract basis.

To date I have worked with 3 CRM system brands : Zoho, Hubspot and Readymembership.

However, if your company uses a different CRM system. This is completely fine and not a reason for us to not have a chat about your business needs and how I might be able to help you and your business. As in each instance above I started with the CRM system from scratch and had no prior experience with each system and so I pride myself in being a quick learner and have found that in my experience all CRM systems share at least some similar elements.

I want to be really clear on what you can expect from me: I am passionate about helping membership organisations with developing their member recruitment, retention and engagement strategies but I would still want someone higher than me in the organisation to sign off and be responsible for the overall membership operations. of the business You can quite confidently expect me to contribute and add value to your business/association in the same way as a membership officer with 3 years' experience and not be disappointed.
